My New year starts Now

Yes 6 days have pasted!!!

But it's my first day back to work after Christmas and New Year.

So hence the title and my new year really starts now. Mind you I have been out training and found out that Christmas and new year have impacted my fitness. But now the healthy eating and rugby training kicking in this week, plus also American football training starting this month should see the fitness return.

The other thing I did was write a list of goals and objectives for this year, some easy and some that will be tough. But you need to challenge yourself and push yourself onwards.

As the saying goes upwards and onwards.

At presently sitting eating lunch, on my lunch hour. So it's just a short update. Will also be publishing my list later this week :)
